- 1 cup rolled oats (not steel cut or instant)
- 1 scoop protein powder or collagen powder,
- ¼ cup fresh or dried fruit
- 2 TBL nuts and/or seeds
- 1 TBL nut butter or peanut butter powder
- 1 cup or more milk to cover (dairy or non dairy)
- Place oats in a jar with a lid, or large bowl
- mix in your choice of remaining ingredients
- Pour milk over to cover by ¼ inch
- Cover with lid or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator
- Let sit for at least 2 hours and up to 12
- Enjoy cold or heated in microwave with extra milk and top with more fresh fruit, nuts, and granola.
