Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats (not steel cut or instant)
  • 1 scoop protein powder or collagen powder,
  • ¼ cup fresh or dried fruit
  • 2 TBL nuts and/or seeds
  • 1 TBL nut butter or peanut butter powder
  • 1 cup or more milk to cover (dairy or non dairy)
Instructions
  1. Place oats in a jar with a lid, or large bowl
  2. mix in your choice of remaining ingredients
  3. Pour milk over to cover by ¼ inch
  4. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator
  5. Let sit for at least 2 hours and up to 12
  6. Enjoy cold or heated in microwave with extra milk and top with more fresh fruit, nuts, and granola.
